Jeff was the Principal Investigator on the grant from the State Energy Office that orinially funded the North Carolina Energy Efficiency Alliance. Jeff was Professor Emeritus in the Department of Sustainable Technology and the Built Environment from 1995 through 2015, chaired the department for five years during that time, and continues to work with the Appalachian Energy Center.
