AEC Workshops Provide North Carolina Builder Institute Continuing Education Credits

NC Builder Institute logoAppalachian Energy Center is pleased to announce that most of our workshops now provide continuing education credits for home builders that have earned the North Carolina Builder Institute (NCBI) designation. The purpose of the NCBI is to assist home builders and other professionals to stay on the cutting edge and provide you with the tools you need to stay ahead of your competition.

Appalachian Energy Center's Workshops fit that need, covering topics from NC Energy Code, Green Guidelines & Certifications for Homes, and Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal System Design. Green homes are here to stay and the demand for energy efficiency continues to grow. A recent survey by the NAHB indicates that energy efficiency is among the most-wanted features of home buyers.
