SEUSS will convene a diverse network of stakeholders from across the state who are committed to identifying and addressing North Carolina's most pressing sustainability and resilience issues related to energy, water, waste, transportation, housing, health/safety and food/agriculture. SEUSS is led by a steering committee that represents NC A&T University, Appalachian State University, UNC-Greensboro, NC State University, NC DEQ, the Southeast Sustainability Directors' Network, and the Environmental Defense Fund.
